While scrolling through some photos I came across this which I took on my phone back in 2022 whilst at the beach. The day was blazing sunshine, the old concrete steps down to the beach showed their age and the dried crustaceans glistened on the moss coated rocks.

The fact that the worn stencilled stripe across this last step echoes the shadows thrown by the retaining wall and railing above beautifully unifies the image.
