This print originated from some drawings I did of the TV remote control where I was exploring abstracting a drawn design, full details of which are here.
The item was drawn fairly accurately, then again without looking at the paper I was drawing on.

This was scanned into the computer: parts were selected, simplified, rotated, printed out and redrawn until I achieved a composition I liked.
Finished print:

300gsm Hahnemuhle warm white paper, oil-based printing ink, acrylic, stencil, blind embossing
Part of the design was enlarged and cut from mountboard, enabling complementary blind embossing to be achieved.
Note: Blind embossing refers to a shape embossed into the paper with no ink.
